Are you ready?

I was sitting there complaining about my user count. Again. Like I did every week. Why isn't this growing faster?

Then someone asked me a question that made me uncomfortable: "Are you ready for them?"

And I realized I couldn't answer. If a thousand people signed up tomorrow, what would happen? My support inbox would explode. My onboarding flow would confuse half of them. My servers might not even handle the load. I'd be scrambling, putting out fires, losing people because I wasn't ready.

That reframe hit hard. My small user count wasn't the problem. It was protection. I was building on sand and wishing for a skyscraper.

Being small right now isn't failure. It's the space I need to build the foundation. Support system. Scalable infrastructure. Onboarding that actually works. Email sequences that guide people through.

Once those exist, growth stops being scary and starts being possible. That's not stuck. That's just doing things in the right order.
