Ideas find you: Stop stressing about what content to create

I'm surprised how much people stress about what to create. What to talk about. What their content angle should be.

But when I look at all my video ideas, none of them were invented. They're all reactions.

Last week I spent three days stuck on a problem. That became a video about going to the sauna to reset. I tried replicating a ChatGPT animation and gave up after three hours. That became a video about hidden complexity. My trainer told me once a week wasn't enough. That became a video about 0.1 beats 0.

Every single idea came from something real that happened to me. A frustration. A win. A realization. A conversation.

Here's what people don't realize. Everyone is interesting. Not because they're special or talented or have unique insights. But because of what's happening in their life right now. What they're dealing with. What they're figuring out.

Someone building their first product is interesting. Someone trying to stay consistent with training is interesting. Someone figuring out naming or design or pricing. All interesting. Because they're in the middle of it.

The content isn't about having the answer. It's about sharing the process. What you're working on. What's hard. What clicked.

To someone who just found me, my topics might look random. One day I'm talking about fitness. Next day it's about Edicek development. Then some thought about naming or productivity or sauna.

But they only look random because people don't know me yet. Once they do, it all connects. The thread is me. My journey. What I'm building and learning along the way.

Ideas find you when you're doing things. You don't sit down and invent content topics. You live your life, work on your projects, hit problems, figure things out. And the ideas come from that.

Stop stressing about what to talk about. Just share what's moving your world right now.
